Imagine this…you own the biggest shoe closet in the world. Have everything you ever wanted, shoe-wise of course, and you have to only pick out 3 favorites, what would it be? Trainers, high heels, sandals?
I was challenged to pick out a couple of shoes I absolutely love and hell yeah that is exactly what I did. Now, spring in England might not exactly be your ordinary kind of spring weather. So, I had to make sure I would pick out exactly what I thought I would be able to wear on a day to day basis no matter the weather. When I pick out a pair of shoes, I try my best to match it with as many of the things I already own as possible. In terms of heels, I prefer the standard 10cm heel and definitely prefer the block heel instead of the normal thin one.
Good-for-everything ankle boots
This is by definition a basic for your closet, whether they be from leather, suede or patent, you do need at least a pair of ankle boots in for spring. I paired mine with a snake print shirt and my favourite pair of jeans. All in for casual outfits
A pair of black high heeled shoes
Ah yes, the black heels we all love and cherish. You clearly need a pair of those in your life. They can easily be worn with anything, from fancy dresses to denim jeans like I did in the pictures.
The fancy high boots
I’ve never owned a pair of knee-high boots with heels before, definitely not thin heels and definitely not this colour. I was surprised by how good they looked and how easy to wear they are.
Hope this will give you some ideas on what to add to your spring essentials, till next time, hope you have a lovely evening xx
